Nevertheless, definitely looking forward to seeing him in this ancient series... Heck, any ancient series, especially non-Qing ones when guys have hair! Though Lady Zhuge, you're right on about him being one of the cutest half-bald guys ever This is the first time I want to watch a series just for the Emperor.

Yeah, he does look a little like Huang Hai Bing at some angles in that interview. He reminds me a bit of Zheng Guo Lin in the capture from 新珍珠塔传奇. Is that series any good?

A chubbier Zheng Guo Lin, at least from the cap. Bao Bao seemed to have a bit baby fat on his face in the early 20's still.

I haven't seen the series, didn't think it be any good. The one old series want to get my hands one is 酒结良缘, but it is not available on VCDs.

Good luck with finding Bao Bao's old series in China, although I wouldn't hold my breath hoping finding much in stores. Will be a better bet finding them in the online stores such as cnave.com or dangdang.com and have them deliver.

I have mostly the recently ones: 18, QPTT, QTYM, QWLSM, ZZHY, Yang Men. Nan Bei Yi Jia Qin

I have seen Yong Le, Zhen Qing Gao Bie, Keng Keng Er Nu (the later two with Hu Bing)

The rest of them either too early or not enough Bao Bao. I heard a lot people like Bao Bao because of 酒结良缘 cuz he was funny and sweat.

Hopefully 新珍珠塔传奇 will be a good series, or at least not a bad one. I'd ordered it a few weeks ago on YesAsia because it's apparently compared to "上错花娇", which was a series I enjoyed. Though with YesAsia's shady advertising... hope it's what I'll really get.

In any case, it'll at least show how his early acting compares with his later acting, I suppose.
