How powerful is the Zixia Shengong supposed to be that was mastered by Yue Buqun? Also where does Yue Buqun rank amongst martial artists of SPW since he had mastered Zixia Shengong and also practiced Bixie Jianfa

it was huashan sects best internal skill, it could be used to make a sleeve powerful enough to break a sword and at the highest level, it could be possible to use flowers and leaves as weapons. it could be considered on the same level as e-mei or shaolin 9yang gong. YBQ was able to resist ZLC's icy palm energies with it. so maybe on the same level.

Flowers and leaves? Sword without a sword? I don't think even the Greats could do that. Sure, HYS used pebbles but that's a hard object. Flowers and leaves are soft objects. Was Yue Buqun that poor of a martial artist to not have mastered it?

If you believe the links to Hao Datong, then it is a Quanzhen skill, which makes it a good skill. In theory, if YBQ mastered it, he would potentially be at the level of Hao Datong/QZ 7. If you believe him to be a good martial art practictioner, his ceiling could go to Greats level, in theory.
