A loser cop (Simon Yam) takes a statement from a ladies' bathroom peeper (Nick Cheung). The peeper says he wasn't peeping as such, he was gathering evidence about a women's conspiracy to kill all men. So starts this subtle black comedy from Edmond Pang (Beyond our Ken, You Shoot, I Shoot, etc.). Highly recommended if you like his style. The making-of is English subtitled but the commentary is not.
