Introduction of Characters:

Cha Mu-hyeok is an orphan living in Australia. He was adopted from Korea. He left his adopted parents at the age of 10. To survive, Mu-hyeok hustles, steals and cheats people out of their money. His life is full of misery. His girlfriend, who taught him Korean, left him for a gang leader, Jason. She told him that she loves him but Jason has more money. She told him to go to her wedding. At the wedding, Jason’s enemy came and started to shoot. In order to save his girlfriend, Mu-hyeok took two bullets for her. One of the bullets could not be removed and he could die at any point. Nothing left for him to linger in Australia; he left to Korea to look for his birth mother.

Song Eun Chae lives with her parents in Korea. She is the coordinator of the famous pop singer Choi Yoon in Korea. She is in love with him, but he only sees her as his sister and best friend. When she is around him, she can only listen to him. She worries about him and cares for him more than anything. Yoon makes things worst by asking her to help woo her friend, Min-joo. On a trip to Australia for a photo shoot, Yoon decides to continue to woo Min-joo even though he was turned down twice. Eun Chae feeling depressed decides to leave Korea early. On the way to the airport, she gets lost. In desperate need for help, she gets into a stranger’s car that is heading for the airport. The guy is a hustler and a friend of Mu-hyeok. He steals all of her money and things. With no money, clothes or anything, she wanders aimlessly. She runs into Mu-hyeok. He speaks to her in Korean. She is so excited that she is going to be saved. He takes her to a strip bar for a drink, but he is actually selling her to the owner. Saying he would be right back, Mu-hyeok takes the money and leaves. Arriving at his friend's place, he sees Eun Chae’s stuff. Feeling a little guilty, he goes back to rescue her. At the time, she was being auctioned as a stripper. He saves her and they run away together. Later, she follows him to a dumpster, where she sleeps next to him. The next day, he leaves a note with all her things for her to travel back to Korea. That is the beginning of a death defying love story.

Choi Yoon is a famous pop singer. He lives with his mom. She is a famous actress. He and Eun Chae grew up together. He loves her as a sister or that is at least what he thinks. He is always trying to pursue Min-joo. Min-joo rejected him so many times. Every time he gets rejected, he threatens to kill himself. Eun Chae always has to stop him and rescue him.

Min-joo is a famous actress in Korea. She loves dating. She dates many guys at the same time. To her, dating is just a game. She doesn’t trust any man. She feels this way after her father walked out on her mom. Min-joo soon realizes that some men can be trusted.

Synopsis:
Mu-hyeok returns to Korea and finds out that his birth mother is a famous actress. All this time, he thought that she left him because she was too poor to take care of him. The thought of her being rich makes him very angry. With this anger, he has decided to take revenge on his mother and his younger brother, Yoon. On the way, he finds out that he has a twin sister. She was hit by a car at the age of 5. Through many twists and turns, he runs into Eun Chae. Mistaken that Mu-hyeok came to look for her, Eun Chae is touched. She tells him that she is flattered, but she is in love with Yoon. Mu-hyeok and Yoon meet. They become best friends and Mu-hyeok becomes Yoon’s manager. With this, Eun Chae and Mu-hyeok have many run-ins with each other. As they get to know each other, Mu-hyeok falls in love with Eun Chae.

Yoon is dating Min-joo, but she is constantly cheating on him. Yoon doesn’t know it but he is secretly in love with Eun Chae. He is always making fun of her and hugging her. Her comments and remarks mean more to him than anyone else’s. Even though these signs are here, Yoon cannot see them. When Yoon finds out that Eun Chae is in love with him, he tells her that he only loves her as a sister. She gets rejected by Yoon. Hurt and depressed she decides to leave Korea to go to Africa. Before she leaves, she wants to say good bye to Mu-hyeok. He begs her to stay with him for a while and not go to Africa. While she is staying at Mu-hyeok, Eun Chae and Mu-hyeok's romance begins to blossom beautifully. But things cannot always stay beautiful. Yoon is not happy to know that she is with Mu-hyeok.

Not knowing why he is always upset when she is gone, Yoon goes crazy. Mu-hyeok decides to seduce Min-joo. Min-joo fell deeply in love with him. When Yoon finds out that Min-joo is with another man, he is heartbroken. Filled with anger, Yoon texts Eun Chae telling her that he is going to commit suicide. Eun Chae ignores him because she is sick of him always doing this. Yoon gets into a serious car accident. During the process of the accident, Yoon can only see Eun Chae. He remembers all the times they spent with each other when they were younger. He realizes that he is in love with her. At the hospital, Yoon is awake and only wants to see Eun Chae. Feeling guilty that this is all her fault, Eun Chae refuses to see Yoon. When she finally sees Yoon, he grabs her hand and refuses to let go. Yoon finally knows his love for her, but is it too late for him? Will Eun Chae go back to Yoon or stay with Mu-hyeok? What about Mu-hyeok? Will he find out why his mom left him and his sister? Watch this series to find out!

Rating:
So Ji Sup as Cha Mu-hyeok - This was one of the best roles in the serial. I felt everything that he was going through. I can see everything with his facial expressions. So Ji Sup portrayed this character very well. He looked super handsome in this serial. When he was rugged, he had a sexy, hot look. When he was clean cut, he gave his innocent handsome look. I would give 5/5 for his acting.

Lim Su Jeong as Song Eun Chae - She is a very pretty girl. In this serial, she portrayed her character very well. She started out with this innocent and naïve girl to a girl that is smart and is very much in love. I felt that she and So Ji Sup had a lot of chemistry. She had a lot of chemistry with Chung Kyeong too. Her acting was very real. She deserves 5/5.

Chung Kyeong-ho as Choi Yoon - I think he has a great voice. His role as a spoilt pop singer was not the main role, but he made me feel the pain and happiness. He and Lim Su Jeong were very cute together. He gets ****.

Suh Ji-young as Kang Min-joo - I wanted to kill her at times for hurting Yoon. Since I felt that way, she must have played the part to the fullest extent. I think she is a very pretty girl. She has a future in acting. I love her expressions through her eyes. She gets 4/5.

Favorites:
1) Yoon singing to Eun Chae at the Hotel.
2) Yoon hugging Eun Chae at the kitchen.
3) Yoon making her eat delicious food and showing how happy he was when she did it.
4) Eun Chae and Mu-hyeok making Kim Bab
5) Mu-hyeok carrying Eun Chae on his back. ( all of those scenes)
6) Under the tunnel, Eun Chae hugged Mu-hyeok when he was asleep. She fell asleep too.
7) Min-chae and Pak-Chae and the mom.
8) The last moments of Eun Chae and Mu-hyeok spending time at the beach.
9) Eun Chae asked Mu-hyeok if he was gay because he wouldn’t get into bed with her.
10) All the crying scenes.

Recommendation:
I would recommend this series to everyone. It is one of the best Korean series. It is so touching with a great ending that is not corny. It is a tearjerker, though. So have a lot of tissues. It is a MUST WATCH!
